Position Title: Customer Service/Sales Representative
Locations: Abuja, Katsina, and Sokoto
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description:
- Provide efficient client support and communication.
- Negotiate business contracts and costs with clients.
- Foster relationships on behalf of the company, adept at deal closure.
- Maintain and expand client base to meet revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and record customer transactions.
- Handle client complaints promptly and effectively.
- Possess strong sales acumen.
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Stay updated on company products and services.
- Maintain client interaction records, process accounts, and file documents.

- Deliver accurate, complete information using appropriate methods/tools.
- Generate regular sales and financial reports.
- Conduct product and service presentations.
- Drive deal initiation and target market identification.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales/client relationship experience with a proven track record.
- Marketing experience preferred.
- Reside near branch office.
- Attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
