Teach For Nigeria looks for smart and talented future leaders from different areas to teach in schools that don’t get much help in Nigeria. We have a special program called the Teach For Nigeria Fellowship. It lasts for two years and is very hard to get into. The program helps people learn leadership skills they can use outside of the classroom.

After finishing the program, these people become alumni. They go on to do different jobs like teaching, working for the government, making new rules, speaking up for others, and starting businesses that help society.

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Position Summary:

Teach For Nigeria is looking for an Administrative Officer to help managers and staff with office tasks like Administration, Procurement, Logistics, and Vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange Travel, Hotels, and Logistics for trips inside and outside the country.
  • Make sure vehicles are safe and working well.
  • Help with events by setting up and planning.
  • Talk to suppliers to make sure things arrive on time.
  • Organize files so all company records are kept up to date.
  • Manage small amounts of money for office expenses.
  • Make sure things like generators, electricity, and plumbing are working.
  • Look after company equipment and tools.
  • Help new staff get what they need for work.

The main job of the Alumni Development Officer is to help the Alumni Development team make a strong Alumni Development program. Teach For Nigeria is looking for a Placement Officer who is smart and ready to find good places for Fellows. They’ll need to make friends with important people, make sure everything is legal, and keep an eye on the paperwork.

The Placement & Stakeholder Engagement Officer will work on making friends with important people in the government to help everyone understand what Teach For Nigeria does. They’ll report to the Head of Government Relations and Stakeholder Engagement and work on plans to involve the government, manage relationships, and find places for Fellows.
