Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team.
• As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources functions within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, performance management, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Handle employee inquiries and grievances in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields; Master’s Degree is a plus
• 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office suite.

Job Summary

• Foodies Hot & Spicy Limited, a renowned restaurant chain located in Lekki, Lagos Phase 1, is currently seeking a skilled Internal Auditor to join our team.
• The Internal Auditor will be responsible for assessing and improving the effectiveness of the company’s internal controls and processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with company policies and procedures
• Review financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identify areas of improvement in internal control systems and operational processes
• Develop and implement audit procedures to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency
• Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with management to address audit findings and implement solutions
