Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community management strategies that align with the brand vision and increase user engagement across platforms.
- Oversee the management and growth of community platforms, ensuring a consistent and positive brand experience.
- Cultivate a strong community presence that leads to an increase in brand loyalty and customer lifetime value.
- Liaise with the D2C team to ensure community feedback is incorporated into product development and content strategies.
- Monitor, measure, and report on community engagement and growth metrics, utilizing insights to steer future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate community initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Facilitate a feedback loop between the community and the organization to ensure that user needs and preferences are understood and addressed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields with 3 – 5 years work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and growing online communities, with a particular focus on messaging platforms like WhatsApp.
- Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and proven ability to build and maintain brand presence on digital platforms.
- Experience in leveraging community insights to inform product and content decisions, with an emphasis on driving sales through community-building.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, from community members to executive leadership.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools to track community health and derive actionable insights.
- Creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to innovate community engagement tactics in a dynamic digital landscape.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization to align community management with overall business goals

Job Title: Lifestyle Reporter
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, fact-check and analyze newsworthy information thoroughly
- Create and deliver news stories (article, video and/or social posts) with the audience’s perspective in mind
- Receive assignments or investigate news leads/tips
- Contact, interview and research sources
- Maintain notes and audio/video recordings
- Abide by journalism’s ethics and codes
- Cooperate with reporters, video editors, social media managers, chief editor, producers etc
- Stay up-to-date with the latest current events by properly monitoring news, attending events and building contacts and sources for use in future stories
- Attend press conferences, events, and file report in a timely manner.
