Job Title: Senior Actuarial Analyst
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze actuarial models
- Design new product development proposals and potential value to both customers and the Company and coordinate the approval and documentation
- Support new product development and alteration/revision to existing products.
- Monitoring and tracking performance Of existing policies to actualize trends (investigations & reporting) for future reviews and corrective rnechanisms when necessary.
- Reinsurance review and optimization
- Conduct periodic actuarial valuation in compliance with both IFRS 4 and IFRS 17.
- Perform periodic market reviews and competitor analysis, as part of product strategy and positioning.
- Regular reporting on the performance Of new and existing products
- Ad hoc actuarial tasks (e.g. partnering with the reporting team where necessary).
Qualifications
- BSc Actuarial Science, or any other numerate disciplines.
- Minimum of 2:2 class of degree.
- Significant progress achieved with actuarial professional/certification exams
Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years cognate/hands-on experience (actuarial functions).
- Substantial actuarial expertise and hands-on/cognate experience (product development and related processes, etc)
- Appreciable knowledge of Nigeria Insurance landscape knowledge, specifically life insurance.
Skills & Competencies:
- Extensive experience in product development, and pricing. and profit testing.
- Proficiency in Excel and Visual Basic Applications
- Reasonable knowledge Of the new insurance industry financial reporting standard, IFRS 17
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous and methodical approach.
- Effective communication & presentation (articulate) skills
- Excellent stakeholder management. with business.

Job Title: Senior Internal Control & Audit Officer
Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical and professional support to ensure smooth and speedy completion of audit assignments.
- Carrying out Prepayment review of all management expenses and overhead requests including monthly staff payroll.
- Participating in quarterly AML/CFT/CPF and other compliance audit.
- Conducting various IT audits and reviews with key emphasis on IT corporate governance, software application architecture and business support.
- Participate in the review of policies, procedures and ensuring their implementation and monitoring for compliance.
- Strive to ensure prompt implementation of audit recommendation by engaging in timely follow through activities with business leaders and relevant employees.
- Reviews of all statutory and regulatory returns and remittances.
- Monitoring of staff indebtedness, cash advance, retirements, and monthly bank reconciliation.
- Assisting in designing of achievable cost reduction and control strategies.
- Participate in the onboarding training of staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics or any other field of study.
- Professional Qualification in ACA, ACCA, CISA, CIA etc
- Post Graduate Degree an advantage.
Experience
- Experience in an Internal Control, Audit position in any area of the Financial Services sector.
- 5-7 years’ experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit or Finance role.
- High attention to details.
- Proven effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in basic accounting or insurance software applications and relevant IT audit skills.
- Demonstrate customer focus with an emphasis on building relationship with all levels of staff and management.

- Ensuring hitch-free login for all users
- Providing technical support across the company Exchange Admin
- Equipment repair and replacement as necessary. Staff training
Qualifications
- BSc Computer Science / Computer Engineering or any other related field (minimum of second class lower)
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience
Knowledge:
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Knowledge of Server promotion to Configure AD.
- DHCP and DNS
- Knowledge of modern IT networking
- Knowledge of system installation, config and support
- Project Management
- Knowledge of Azure cloud solution
Competencies:
- Ability to manage projects
- Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- An analytical and innovative mind
- The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
