Position Overview

• We are looking for Machine Operators with both basic and advanced technical skills to operate and maintain our machinery.
• The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of machine operations, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently in the following divisions;

Responsibilities

• Operate Machinery – Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and production efficiency.
• Basic Technical Skills – Perform routine machine maintenance, calibrate equipment, and conduct basic troubleshooting.
• Advanced Technical Skills – Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and technical issues, implement process improvements, and provide technical support to junior operators.
• Quality Control – Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
• Safety Compliance – Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Basic Technical Skills
• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of machine operations and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Advanced Technical Skills:

• Higher National Diploma (HND), Technical certification NABTEB or B.SC degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as a machine operator or technician.

• Ability to train and mentor junior operators.
