Position Overview
- We are looking for Machine Operators with both basic and advanced technical skills to operate and maintain our machinery.
- The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of machine operations, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently in the following divisions;
- Mechanical (5)
- Electrical (5)
- Electronics (4)
- Instrumentation (4)
Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery – Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and production efficiency.
- Basic Technical Skills – Perform routine machine maintenance, calibrate equipment, and conduct basic troubleshooting.
- Advanced Technical Skills – Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and technical issues, implement process improvements, and provide technical support to junior operators.
- Quality Control – Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
- Safety Compliance – Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Documentation – Maintain accurate records of machine performance, maintenance activities, and production output.
Requirements
- Basic Technical Skills
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of machine operations and maintenance.

Advanced Technical Skills:
- Higher National Diploma (HND), Technical certification NABTEB or B.SC degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or technician.

- Ability to train and mentor junior operators.
