Job Title: Frontend Engineer

Job Description

  • The ideal role holder is a highly skilled pragmatic Angular Developer, who is solution driven.
  • You will be responsible for delivering pixel-perfect UI representations, integrate RESTful APIs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience using Angular for Software Development (in the finance industry), with strong ability to:
  • Develop and release software in accordance with team standards and processes, ensuring it meets defined specifications or requirements within the agreed timeframe.
  • Build functional and visually appealing web-based and mobile-responsive applications, adhering to usability best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the end-users.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate proficiency in HTML, CSS3, SCSS, and Sass
  • Knowledgeable in integrating RESTful APIs and using Git for version control.
  • Skilled in replicating UI designs with code for pixel-perfect representation.
  • Experienced in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Capable of working in an Agile development environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leaderships abilities.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Nigeria 
Employment Type: Full Time (Onsite)

Job Description

  • This role is exciting, positively challenging, and will provide growth to the prospective role holder.
  • The ideal role holder is an experienced and highly motivated Accountant who is intelligent and capable of working with little to no supervision.
  • He/she must be competent in Management Accounting functions, able to manage all finance-related operations and wiliness to contribute to the growth of the organization by adequately managing the account department.
  • Most importantly, in line with the organization’s standards, he/she should be committed, hard-working, and particular about delivering quality work.

Job Responsibilities
These include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare financial reports, including preparation of balance sheets, general ledger, income statements and other financial statements.
  • Provide insights to support decision-making processes that impact bottom line.
  • Perform historical assessments/reviews and work backs.
  • Allocate, reconcile, and manage resources to eliminate waste and ensure optimization.
  • Manage budget and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with best practice & legal requirements across all finance activities.
  • Process payroll and statutory remittances such as tax returns, pension, PAYE etc.
  • Coordinate internal audits.
  • Assist with tax audits- providing necessary documentation and support during audit process.
  • Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Accounting experience
  • Educational background; Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. Industry knowledge is a plus
  • A (part or fully qualified) member of a professional body e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CFA
  • In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Proven knowledge in Financial Reporting, Internal Auditing, Financial Analysis & Management, Financial Software and Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Highly confidential with good integrity
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment
  • Ability to work in a team and multitask
  • Client relationship and engagement skills.

Interview Process

  • Preliminary Chat: If we believe you are a good fit based on your application, we will schedule a 30 – 45 minutes chat with you, our Recruitment Associate and Hiring Manager. This is basically a get-to-know-you chat for us to hear about you experiences and to confirm that the role is a good fit for you, as well as if you are a good fit for us.
  • Recruitment Exercise: Thereafter, a recruitment exercise will be sent to you to further assess your technical competence for the role.
  • Second Interview: If we find your performance in the exercise satisfactory, you will meet with one of our Principal Consultant for a technical chat – relating to the role and the recruitment exercise.
  • Final Interview: At this stage, we will schedule a final interview with you to meet with our client for a final assessment and to discuss expectations of both parties.

Note: We will ensure to give you an update within a week after each stage.

 

 

Job Title: Product Designer

Location: Nigeria (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The ideal role holder is a skilled Product designer, who is business-solution driven.
  • You will be responsible for crafting and delivering intuitive and visually appealing pixel-perfect user interfaces that greatly improve users’ experience with our product and positively represents us as a brand.
  • You should be proficient in UX copywriting, content strategy, and UI/UX functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Designer (in the finance industry), with strong ability to:
  • Create visually appealing and cohesive design solutions that align with brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including design specifications and style guides.
  • Develop and implement a design strategy aligned with user needs and brand voice.
  • Analyze user feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
  • Collaborate on product roadmaps and feature development.
  • Conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate designs.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes.
