Job Title: Lead, Saving Mobilization Team
Location: Akoka, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
- Identify new markets and prospects for increased market penetration and growth in market share.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to win target markets and undertake study to identify market trends.
- Provide recommendations and market feedbacks for better service delivery, increased productivity and optimal performance
- Daily follow up of saving customers and driving the marketing activities of the saving group/DMOs.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members’ skills.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in marketing or deposit mobilization in a Microfinance Bank or related industry.
- Understanding of Regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills.
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong ethical awareness and commitment to professional standards.
- Strategic thinking and problem solving skills.

Job Title: Deposit Mobilization Officer
Location: Akoka, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Marketing and sales of the bank’s products
- Account opening and customer acquisition
- Persuading clients to save
- Managing new and existing deposit clients.
- Developing and implementing business development plans for identified target markets
- Mobilization and retention of deposit
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations guiding Microfinance institutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND from any reputable institution.
- Proven working experience as a Deposit mobilization officer in a Microfinance institution is an added advantage.
- 20-30 years of age is preferable
- Good communication & relationship mgt skills
- Strong marketing and negotiation skills

Job Title: Digital Channel Sales Officer

Job Description
- We are seeking to recruit a Digital Channel Sales Officer who will be responsible for driving sales revenue by marketing the bank’s Digital product such as internet banking, mobile App, USSD services, POS terminals, etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and optimize digital channels to improve customer engagement and adoption rates.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging digital channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor’s offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Job Requirements
