Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and curate strategies to capture them.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in facility &property management, leasing, sales, and other areas of interest.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet and exceed assigned targets
  • Excellent writing skills in the areas of proposals & grant financing
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and drive
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Target-oriented and proactive in creating new opportunities

  • Ability to contribute positively to the company’s revenue growth

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in business development, real estate, hospitality, NGO or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in report writing and strategy development.
  • Experience in the hospitality sector, non-governmental organizations, or international organizations is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with a goal-driven mindset.
  • Passionate about start-ups and business growth.
  • Excellent public speaking skills and the confidence to represent the organization.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.

  • Work out strategies to get more hotels and apartment.
  • manage all the startegic business units.
  • Demonstrate exceptional level of professionalism, maturity and emotional intelligence at all times
  • Identifying and pursue new business opportunities in the areas of hotels and apartment.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
  • Preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, networking at industry events, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
  • Work out strategies to get more hotels & apartment under the bien de la treat management agreement.
  • Handle other administrative roles as assigned by the MD.
  • develop and execute strategies to increase company sales and profits.
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching them, writing proposals, and presenting them to the management for approval.
  • Attending networking opportunities including conferences and industry events.
  • Generating / Closing new leads.
  • Any other duty as assigned by the MD.

Job Title: Hotel Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Jabi, Abuja
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Identify new markets and business opportunities that will increase hotels revenue.
  • Provide room shows to potential clients and entire hotel facility, putting sales skills to optimum performance.
  • Engage in strategic marketing of the hotel to both private and public clients.
  • Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
  • Come up with marketing strategies that are offline related that will increase the visibility of the hotel.
  • Responsible for Corporate and travel agent Room Sales for the hotel.
  • Work with the management team to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers, and the market for the segment.
  • Ensure the hotel meets or exceeds monthly occupancy and revenue budget goals.
  • Implements all sales & marketing action plans.
  • Executes and supports the sales operational aspects of business(e.g. CVGR, writing introduction letters, generating proposal, Corporate Rate application letter, customer correspondence).
  • Able to support hotel service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
  • Work closely with the general Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
  • Develop strong relationships with the front office team to ensure continuous working in unity and always striving to achieve the overall goals.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
  • Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders as well as V.I.P and corporate clients.
  • Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response time line to clients.
  • Provide positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential (e.g., set an example with personal booking goals).
  • Carry out sales calls to acquire new business and close on business.
  • Working on clientele list to ensure that a set target is achieved.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies necessary for attracting clients to patronize the hotel.
  • Carry out research and analysis to identify new markets and business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales reports and take actions to improve results as appropriate.
  • Oversee and ensure the updates of rates and promotions on the hotel website, OTA’s (Online travel agents), GDS, etc. without any rate parity.
  • Responsible for the training of sales & marketing staff.
  • Work with the management to create promos, loyalty programs & offers and packages based on current market.
  • Any other assigned duties to be assigned by the management.
