Job Title: Partnerships and Fundraising Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking an experienced Partnerships and Fundraising Executive to develop and implement fundraising strategies, build relationships with donors and sponsors, and secure financial support for educational initiatives.
  • The Partnerships and Fundraising Executive will drive fundraising efforts to support educational initiatives, leveraging expertise in developing and implementing fundraising strategies, building donor and sponsor relationships, and staying current on industry trends.

Responsibilities
The following job description sets out the duties which you are to provide as a Partnerships and Fundraising Executive, the list included for the Job description are not exhaustive and further requirements may be added:

  • Manage internal and external communications of the nonprofit organization
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to convey the organization’s mission, goals, and achievements
  • Handle media relations, press releases, and public relations activities
  • Raise awareness about the organization’s programs and initiatives among various stakeholders
  • Plan brand experiences and nurture donor and beneficiaries’ connections
  • Create a consistent visual look and feel for the Foundation across all social media platforms
  • Manage websites, blogs, etc. to ensure effective communication with stakeholders, civic societies, government agencies, etc.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns and strategies
  • Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, grant writing, and donor relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)

Salary
N350,000 – N380,000 monthly.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Location Coordinator to join our facility cleaning company.
  • The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a facility cleaning company.

Responsibilities
The following job description sets out the duties which you are to provide as a Location Coordinator. The lists included for the Job description are not exhaustive and further requirements may be added:

  • Oversee the supervision of cleaning operatives through coordinating, directing, and monitoring them in their duties
  • Recruit and assign cleaning operatives to locations
  • Get customer feedback and ensure their queries, enquiries, and complaints are attended to and resolved promptly
  • Carry out quality control checks for all sites/jobs done to monitor standards of cleanliness, to establish and implement ways to improve and meet the evolving customer needs
  • Carry out job inspections
  • Conduct trainings for new cleaning operatives in relation to expected standards and quality of general cleaning, and health and safety requirements
  • Develop a cleaning work schedule for all sites/one-off jobs
  • Generate leads/prospects and follow up to ensure revenue generation
  • Set and monitor appropriate performance objectives and standards for staff, conducting probation review and appraisals, and dealing with staff discipline issues appropriately.
  • Perform any other responsibility that may be required.
  • Manage administrative and operational activities
  • Ensure effective Service and maintain service satisfaction with all clients.
  • Develop and expand Detailed Restorer’s market share to generate revenue for the company

Administration:

  • Manage customer expectations via direct contact with clients as well as maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services
  • Manage operations by monitoring all supervisors and mid-level staff.
  • Oversee all logistics matters.
  • Produce professional quality reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team
  • Manage HR-related processes and documentation including Onboarding, Training, etc.
  • Manage employee safety, welfare, and wellness.
  • Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disputes and manage discipline.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Operations and General:

  • Coordinates operational staff and activities.
  • Ensures the cleaning operations are executed promptly and to specifications.
  • Schedule impromptu visits and inspections to the client site
  • Review Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) and documents.
  • Manage staff customer service delivery to clients
  • Manage feedback mechanisms from clients ensuring all client queries and complaints are resolved.
  • Handle and implement bi-monthly appraisal system for the clients and staff.
  • Draws out staff rosters and work schedules.
  • Ensures all machinery and tools are properly maintained.
  • Any other responsibility that may be required.

Basic Requirements

  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 3 – 10 years relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience working in a facility cleaning company is compulsory
  • Previous hospital cleaning work experience will be an added advantage
  • Ability to coordinate, direct, and monitor cleaning operatives in their duties
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve them promptly
  • Good leadership skills
  • Ability to conduct training sessions for new cleaning operatives
  • Ability to set and monitor appropriate performance objectives and standards for staff
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure.

Salary
N70,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
