• Take lead on High-Level PaaS plans and/or Initiatives from the Regional Power Pillar Team and translate them into an in-Market specific and actionable plan, considering the market-specific yet evolving/dynamic realities (Network Setup/Installed base, Customer Loads, MLAs and Market-specific limitations or constraints, etc.)
• Planning for Power-as-a-Service (PaaS) function (Forecasting, Budgeting, Projects Mgt follow-up, post-implementation monitoring, Performance and Reporting) – away from the day-to-day whirlwind of technical Day-to-Day Technical Support to the Operations
• Focus on PaaS Monitoring, Performance and Reporting (Power Margins, CSF, etc.)
• Support the Day-to-Day Technical Operations team with insights based on analysis above and provide direction/guidance based on the findings from the same – in close working relationship with Regional Power Pillar Team
