Job Overview

  • As a Software Engineer at Reliance Health, you will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining and optimizing the software used by our customers, our staff and our healthcare partners.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to identify opportunities for automation and to streamline our user experiences and processes.
  • Through your expertise in software engineering, you will contribute to the evolution of the Reliance Health platform, creating delightful and efficient interactions that empower our customers whilst maintaining rigorous standards of quality and security.
  • You will be responsible for building, and maintaining user interfaces that are not only visually stunning but also highly functional and responsive.
  • You will work closely with product designers and backend developers to create seamless and delightful user experiences.

Responsibilities
Proficiency in WordPress:

  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, and APIs. Experience working with ACF Plugin and WP Multisite is a MUST.

Front-End Technologies:

  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies. Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React is a plus.

Component Development:

  • Create reusable components that can be easily integrated into different parts of the applications based on ACF Plugin.

RESTful API Integration:

  • Collaborate with backend developers to consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow between the frontend and backend systems.

PHP Development:

  • Solid understanding of PHP programming language and its application in WordPress development. Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.

Responsive Design:

  • Demonstrated ability to create responsive and mobile-friendly websites using CSS frameworks.
  • Experience working with Tailwind CSS Framework is a MUST.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions in a timely manner.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with non-technical team members and clients.

Attention to Detail:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines consistently.

Code Quality:

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Testing:

  • Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability of frontend components and key user journeys.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

Agile Development:

  • Contribute to an agile development environment, participate in sprint planning, and help drive the development process.

Learning and Growth:

  • Stay updated on the latest frontend development trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the team’s technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on WordPress, PHP and React.
  • Experience with ACF Plugin & WP Multisite.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Agile development experience is a plus.

Job Summary 

  • We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who will join the Brand & Growth (B&G) division.
  • This candidate will work closely with the consumer business stakeholder, the rest of B&G team members, global peers and report to the Head of Demand Generation.
  • In this role, you will craft and execute marketing plans with your stakeholders that support customer acquisition and revenue generation goals.
  • This includes leading media planning and buying and implementing and executing online and offline campaigns and working with strategic partners to achieve KPIs and drive consumer customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to drive the execution of consumer business acquisition campaigns & activities
  • Constantly optimising customer acquisition journey to improve conversion rate and drive more transactions
  • Report, analyse and evaluate marketing investment across different channels and their return on investment (ROI)
  • Establish, allocate, and track marketing budget for consumer business
  • Exemplary analytical skills and proven aptitude to use data to optimize program performance and inform future strategies
  • Plan and operate in a transparent manner for cross-organizational visibility and be a leader in sharing best practices with other B&G team members
  • Decision-making and discretion regarding program and campaign selection and planning in support of consumer business goals
  • Ensure all programs and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, measure, and report on their effectiveness
  • Monitor marketing efforts from beginning to end to ensure they meet the target objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as a lead media planner and strategist, with a demonstrable understanding of media buying and implementation
  • Extremely familiar with multiple paid digital media channels, such as search, paid social, as well as GA4.
  • Recent digital campaign execution experience is required, ideally in a digital agency background
  • Experience in UX/UI, landing page optimisation and conversion optimisation, demonstrate capabilities to optimise outcome using content and visual, and most importantly by using data
  • Experience working in a startup and fast-paced environment is a big plus
  • Proven track record of delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales through marketing efforts
  • Exemplary communication skills without fear of over-communication – this role will require effective collaboration and coordination across the local market, stakeholders, and the centralized B&G team
  • Extremely organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Hands-on approach with integrated campaign development and execution
  • Excellent attention to detail and an intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
  • Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
  • Fluency in English is a MUST
  • Additional language in Arabic or French is a bonus.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, and goal-driven
  • Experience with bookkeeping and basic accounting processes is a plus.
  • Comfortable working 8am-8pm shift on week days and on weekends when on shift
