Job Requirements:
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Nigeria.
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire high-quality assets and ensure effective portfolio monitoring for early detection of defaults.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Secure new accounts and revive dormant relationships.
- Promote the bank’s products to satisfy customer needs.
- Initiate the development of products necessary to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure efficient service and maintenance for existing customers.
- Maintain a strict policy against inactive or dormant accounts.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Business Manager.
Educational and Professional Requirements:
- Minimum Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any discipline, preferably business-related. Higher degrees (MBA) or professional certifications are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of relevant banking experience in marketing and credit.
