Job Summary

  • The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of Wellness Plus App, Micro Care App, and Flex Health App.
  • This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that each application meets the needs of our users while aligning with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Development:

  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company’s vision.
  • Create product roadmaps for Wellness Plus, Micro Care, and Flex Health apps, outlining key milestones and deliverables.

Market Research and User Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and other teams to inform product decisions.

Product Design and Development:

  • Collaborate with the development team to design, build, and enhance app features.
  • Ensure that product designs are user-friendly, functional, and align with the company’s standards.

Project Management:

  • Manage product development timelines and ensure timely delivery of features and updates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless product execution.

Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee the testing of new features and products to ensure they meet the required standards before launch.
  • Identify and resolve issues and bugs promptly to maintain high product quality.

Product Launch and Marketing:

  • Plan and execute product launch in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote the apps and drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Actively participate in the marketing of the product or project involved in marketing.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

User Support and Feedback:

  • Work closely with customer support teams to address user queries and issues.
  • Implement user feedback into product enhancements and feature updates.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the product development process and the apps themselves.
  • Give Weekly and Monthly report on activities and status of the product.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development and lifecycle.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
