Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Emtill Solutions Nigeria Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Process customer orders and payments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Identify and escalate potential customer issues to management
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meet and exceed customer service targets and metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office
  • Must have completed their NYSC.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 per month.

Job Title: Collection Officer

Location:  Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Time: 9am (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities

  • Call customers whose loan payment are overdue
  • Follow-up on customers who have promised to pay on specific dates.
  • Guide customers on various payment procedures.
  • Ensure accurate reports on payment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SSCE Certification.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Exceptional Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Must have an Android Smartphone with atleast 3gb ram.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.

  • The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
