Job Title: SME Loan Officer
Location: Akoka, Lagos

Job Description
- The successful candidate will be responsible for mobilizing customers for SME loans, managing a portfolio of loans, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Marketing of the bank’s product and services to clients
- Evaluate and process loan applications from clients
- Conduct credit assessments and risk analyses
- Manage a portfolio of SME loans, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing defaults
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degrees in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in SME lending or related field
- Strong understanding of credit principles and risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Marketing and sales of the bank’s products
- Account opening and customer acquisition
- Persuading clients to save
- Managing new and existing deposit clients.
- Developing and implementing a business development plans for identified target markets
- Mobilization and retention of deposit
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations guiding Microfinance institution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND from any reputable institution.
- Proven working experience as a Deposit mobilisation officer in a Microfinance institution is an added advantage.
- 20-30 years of age is preferable
- Good communication & relationship mgt skills
- Strong marketing and negotiation skills.

Job Title: Information Technology Officer
Location: Akoka, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Driving the implementation of the bank’s IT/ digital transformation plan.
- Managing and maintaining the Bank’s IT infrastructures and digital channels including website, emails, Mobile APP, ATMS, POS etc.
- Put in place initiations/ strategies that can drive adoption of the bank’s digital products/ IT solutions
- Ensuring the protection of the bank’s IT infrastructures and data against any threats.
- Identifying, establishing and managing strategic relationship with IT vendors
- Any other deliverables that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field and other relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in IT unit of a financial institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
