We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Purchasing Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Overview

• Responsible for ensuring that Purchase Orders are raised and approved, goods and services are received and orders are receipted in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
• The Purchasing Officer is expected to liaise with suppliers across the business to align the purchasing process with sales objectives and overall business strategy.

Role Responsibilities

• Raise Purchase Orders in line with business rules
• Ensure Purchase Orders are approved in line with business rules
• Email the Purchase Order to the supplier (where the system does not support automatic emailing of the Purchase Order)
• Receipt Purchase Order based on an approved goods receipt note/delivery docket
• Request credit notes from suppliers and send them to Accounts Payable for processing
• Establish sound relationships with suppliers, ensure lead times are met and expedite outstanding orders
• Drive continuous improvement across the Purchasing process.

Qualifications / Experience required

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably Business Administration, Accountancy or Finance.
•  2- 3 years experience in a Purchasing role.

Skills / Attributes required:

• Strong understanding of Purchasing principles and processes
• Experience with Purchasing systems (preferred)
• Analytical and have the ability to solve purchasing and inventory-related problems
• Strong data entry skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Proactive, highly motivated and flexible
• Highly organized
• Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Job Title: Assistant Manager, HSE

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager HSE at CWAY GROUP in Abuja.
• The Assistant Manager HSE will be responsible for Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Occupational Health, Accident Investigation, Training, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Accident Investigation and Training Skills
• Experience in implementing HSE policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Title: Veterinary Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Details

• Treat sick or injured cattle by prescribing medication, dressing wounds, performing surgery, and setting bones
• Educate the public about diseases and infections that are transferable from animals to humans
• Promote the health and wellness of animals by advising animal owners about sanitation measures, feeding and general care
• Record actions by documenting and updating forms, reports, castles records and reporting diseases to public health officials
• Ensure compliance with veterinary procedures, ethics, policies, and relevant statutes
• Operate diagnostic equipment like ultrasound and radiography machines and interpret the resulting images
• Establish or carry out quarantine or testing procedures that combat the spread of diseases to humans or other animals according to established government regulations
• Euthanize cattle in situations they see fit such as in the case of a terminal illness.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
