Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: Work collaboratively with plant management to develop objectives and development goals that will create accountability and drive strong business results. Support management with coaching techniques for hourly employees.
  • Engagement: Support management in identifying, analyzing, and resolving human resources trends or problems to maintain high levels on involvement and accountability from employees
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labour and employment laws. Assist in the creation and implementation of general personnel policies and procedures
  • Provide expertise to Plant on leadership development, performance management, change management, resource planning
  • Implement HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee employee relations and handle grievances
  • Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Oversee on-boarding and orientation programs
  • Promote a positive workplace culture
  • Support health and safety initiatives
  • Provide HR support during organizational changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10-12 years of HR management experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Proficiency in HR software like SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations

Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Locations: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) is followed across all sections
  • Manage quality and HSE activities within the company
  • Control the day-to-day operations including auditing, meetings, training and updating documents and records for all aspects of the systems
  • Evaluate and analyse quality issues in the production and introduce corrective and preventive actions
  • Monitor and ensure that all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation is complied with and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
