We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Banking Officer

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Signing on new clients and helping them through the onboarding process.
  • Managing client bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, and overseeing transactions.
  • Processing deposits, payments, and withdrawals while authorizing and evaluating overdrafts and loans.
  • Handling other transactions, such as writing cashier checks or money orders, when necessary.
  • Recommending and explaining banking services and products to clients based on their needs.
  • Presenting and cross-selling banking services and products to existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborating with other banking professionals to ensure high-quality client service.
  • Implement changes in daily internal controls namely check clearing, check deposits, ACH clearing, ATMs, and CDARS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration,or a related field.
  • 6 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a proven track record in client relationship management.
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of retail banking practices, rules, andregulations.

Added Advantage:

  • Candidate must not be more than 34 years of age
  • Must work in a commercial bank
  • Must work with Zenith Bank and if you are not but you meet all the requirement kindly apply.

Job Title: Assistant Banking Officer

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business contacts with existing and prospective customers to grow the revenue and customer base for the bank’s corporate banking products and services.
  • Initiate and agree with customers to up/cross-sell the bank’s products/services as well as respond to customer enquiries, requests and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Follow up on prospective sales opportunities from discussions with existing and prospective customers to ensure conversion of new or repeat business.
  • Continuously engage the market to acquire new corporate banking customers by building and nurturing business relationships based on trust, empathy, credibility, and ethical
  • Perform customer acceptance checks before onboarding corporate clients in accordance with the bank’s established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any other related field from a reputable institution
  • 4 years related experience
  • Good knowledge of the Banking industry andelated state or banking compliance regulations, banking law, etc.
  • High level of numeracy to evaluate complex statistical financial information is required.

Added advantages:

  • If you work with Zenith Bank
  • You must work in a commercial bank.

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Managing day-to-day operations, including cleaning, maintenance, inventory, security, and safety.
  • Developing and implementing regular maintenance and repair schedules to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Managing budgets for maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements to ensure that the property is properly maintained and upgraded as needed.
  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure that necessary repairs and maintenance are performed on time and within budget.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, such as building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental regulations.
  • Overseeing capital improvement projects, such as renovations, expansions, and equipment upgrades, from planning to completion.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in facilities management, estate management, and engineering.
  • 2- 3 years of experience
  • Relevant work experience in facility management or a related field is required.
  • Good understanding of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
  • Familiar with building codes and regulations.
  • Able to communicate effectively with employees, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Able to lead and motivate a team of employees.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
