We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HSE Officer
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract
The Job
- Coordinate the preparation and presentation of Health and safety training for safety committee members.
- Carrying out regular site inspections/safety audit to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.
- Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risk could be reduced.
- Carrying out Investigation, reporting and recording of incident (includes near miss, unsafe act and condition) as well as accidents.
- Ensure safe work practices and compliant with legislation (including strict work permit system implementation for all non-routine works.)
- Preparing monthly KPI (Key Performance statistics)
- Preparing weekly HSE report:(Contractor’s forecast, Work permit)
- Keeping records of inspection findings and producing report that suggest improvement
- Ensure that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used by the workers.
- Inspection and monitoring of fire extinguishers and hose reel.
Qualifications / Experience
- First Degree in any related field.
- GHSE, NEBOSH will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years cognate experience.
The Person Must:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be computer literate.
- Have problem solving skills and analytical skills.
- Have 100% compliance and safety standards.
- Ensure that all GMP and safety rules are followed all the time.
- Possess organizational and time management skills.
- Have excellent level of conformance with FSMS.

Job Title: Field Auditor
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
- Review of all cash position, general ledgers of the branches visited.
- Review bank reconciliation statements at the zonal and branch offices
- Work to ensure a review of all accounts including funds transfers in zonal and branch offices.
- Review of credit documents processes and Procedures in line with the approved policy and format.
- Review all necessary documents in the course of Audit exercise for substantive and compliance test for audit assertion.
- Regular visit to branches and Clients’ Support Officers for Routine audit.
- Price verification and certification of expenses at the Area and Zonal offices.
- Prompt investigation of fraud cases and other cases of serious concern.
- Prepare and submit report on activities carried out to zonal Auditor.
- To ensure all long and outstanding bank reconciliations are resolved.
- Follow –up with all recommendations of previous audit exercise.
Requirements and Skills
- Candidates should possess an ND / HND / BSc Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or related field
- Proven working experience as an Auditor.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Sound independent judgement
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A strong aptitude for maths.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- A keen interest in the financial system.
- Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills.

Job Title: Stock Controller
Locations: Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities
- Stock management: Physical and system stock receipt and issuance; and stock taking.
- Housekeeping: Cleaning the shop and following 5s standards to keep the shop neat.
- Customer service: Log and resolve all customer issues and assist customers in their inquiry
- Branding: Ensure that all posters, demos, and marketing materials are visible; and present themselves diligently as the face of the client.
- Issuing and allocating stock and sales material to sales team.
- Offer any support that the sales team requires
- Performing reverse logistics on behalf of the sales team Stock management.
- Receiving stock Issuance of stock to the customers and sales team working in the shop.
- Tracking inventory movement and issuance, ensuring it is up to date Customer service and diagnostics.
- Supporting customer Phone repairs through client-elected repair partners.
- Giving client standard customer experience to all customers who walk into the shop, attending to all their requests.
- Performing device swaps and cancellations.
- Tracking all pending customer issues and ensuring quick turnaround time.
- Other tasks are assigned to them by the supervisor.
Experience / Skills & Competencies / Education Required
- HND / BSc in any field or tertiary training in customer service.
- At least 2 years experience in customer care.
- Basic Excel knowledge.
Salary
N80,000 monthly (Net).
