Bons Industries Limited has been incorporated since 1989 as a limited liability company to carry on business as a manufacturer of various types of high quality bakery materials and food ingredients, importer of Bakery materials and Food ingredients, overseas manufacturer’s agent and distributor of general goods. Today, we are one of the leading companies in Nigeria that manufacture high quality bakery materials, Food ingredients, Packaged foods and Non/Low calorie sweeteners including distribution of general goods. With our many years of experience in the sector, we strive to remain a major player in the manufacture and supply of high quality products of world-class standard for our esteemed customers all over the country and beyond. That also cuts across distilled water production packaged in various shapes and sizes.
We have our corporate office in Lagos and factory office in Enugu, all in Nigeria, with branches spread across the six geopolitical zones of the country. We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Accountant
Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- To prepare accounts & tax returns
- To monitor spending & budgets
- To Audit & analyse financial performance
- To carry out financial forecast & risk analysis
- To advise on how to reduce costs & increase profits
- To compile & present financial & budget reports.
Qualifications
- B.SC./HND in Accounting, and other related disciplines.
- Interested candidates must have worked in a blue chip company as an Accountant for not less than 5years and must possess ACA/ACCA certificate or its equivalent.
- Note: Post graduate degrees and knowledge on Quickbooks/Sage accounting package will be an added advantage.

- Strong verbal & written communication, Excellent organization, Analytical & problem solving, Time management, Mathematical & deductive reasoning, Critical thinking, Active learning, etc.
Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 per month with other incentives.

Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise production personnel to ensure that all production targets are met or exceeded
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain continuous improvement programs to increase production efficiency
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that production requirements are met.
- Daily interaction with manufacturing teams to assist with escalated issues and to ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Create and oversee budgets for each production area.
- Identify operational risks such as single point failures, inadequate tooling/equipment, capacity limitations, etc. then develop and implement mitigation plans.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc / HND qualification in Food Science & Technology & other related Disciplines with minimum of 5 years cognitive experience gained from a Food Processing Company. Other qualifications, will be an added advantage.
Skills
- Knowledge of Computer, Exceptional creativity & innovation, Excellent time management & organizational, Accuracy & attention to detail.
- An understanding of the latest trends & their role within a commercial environment, Analytical, Mathematical, Knowledge of Chemistry, etc.
Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.

Job Title: Quality Controller

Responsibilities
- To conduct Tests and Assessment.
- To make sure that our Products being produced & sold meet the expectations of the consumers in terms of quality.
- To assess the final product after production to ensure it is in conformity with the approved standards by the regulatory bodies.
- To document the results of findings & make recommendations on how to prevent common errors or defects.
- To support process improvement
- To make necessary repairs
- To monitor the quality of incoming & outgoing products & examine manufacturing process & operational techniques.
Job Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Microbiology, Chemical Engineering & other related disciplines with minimum of 3yrs cognitive experience.
- Interested candidates must have worked in a food processing company & must be computer literate.
- Professional certificates and Post-graduate degrees will be an added advantage.

- Excellent Problem-solving & Analytical
- Keen Attention to Detail
- Basic Computer & Math to Calibrate/Measure Specifications
- Ability to use Measuring Devices like Gauges Meters, Calipers, & Computers, etc.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
