Job Description
- Lead and oversee all strategic and operational aspects of a business, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and goals.
- Direct the development and implementation of business strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Manage and build high-performance teams across departments, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Analyze and interpret data to guide decision-making and improve business outcomes.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Basic Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in executive or senior management within a corporate environment.
- Proven proficiency in business development and management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

Job Title: IT Officer
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- We are looking for a top performer and a collaborative thinker; Focused, Hardworking, with a background in the agricultural sector, passionate about working in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment that is constantly evolving.
Basic Requirements
- First Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Three (3) years’ relevant experience minimum.
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or any relevant position
- Knowledge of website management, cloud services management and data backup management
- Ability to research new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
- Conducting regular system audits, regular checks on network and data security.
- Knowledge of Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
- Strong organizational skills including advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio) and knowledge of AI related tools.
