We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Lounge & Bar Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Train, supervise, direct, coach, counsel, and evaluate staff in the bar and lounge
  • Assign and instruct bar and lounge staff in details of work.
  • Manage and supervise the lounge staff to ensure a seamless service experience
  • Deliver superior guest services, ensuring excellent customer experiences
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service
  • Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of beverages and food served at the bar.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and sales.

Job Summary

  • We are looking to hire an experienced and competent Customer Representative.
  • Responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, taking orders, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties, helping customers with complaints and questions and giving customers information about products and services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
  • Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
  • Greet and escort customers to their tables
  • Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
  • Inform customers about the day’s specials
  • Up-sell additional products when appropriate
  • Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.

Job Requirements

  •  Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
  • Proven work experience
  • Attentiveness and patience for customers
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
