Job Description

Requirements
- BSc. Marketing or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years post-qualification relevant experience in the Insurance/Microfinance sector.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Implement marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts/existing ones.
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking.
- Creating, Marketing, and reporting on all initiatives and outcomes within their subunits.

- Monitoring and optimizing branch performance against set metrics.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities within the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Adminsitration, or a related field. Masters and professional qualification can be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualificationn relevant experience in a similar job position in the insurance/microfinance sector.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry.

- 7–12 years of post-NYSC experience
- Litigation experience
- Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents
- Must possess good interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
