We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Engineer – Telecoms

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and manage ATC projects, budgeting and scheduling, management of contractors, subcontractors; maintaining close contact with the various stakeholders and deliverables.
• Supervise and review cost estimating; scheduling and quality control; risk management activities; and manage budgets, schedules, invoicing and other customer requirements.
• Maintain relationship with ATC and other customers to achieve and increase project revenue and gross margins targets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of ATC projects.
• Prepare costing, quotations and proposals in line with company procedures.
• Responsible for subsequent follow up on any quote or proposal issued.
• Select and coordinate sub-contractors handling projects for the department.
• Manage, develop and delegate tasks to the project team
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Ensure projects follow ATC process and maintain accurate project data to monitor and track progress
• Ensure that projects and initiatives are executed within the time frame that is allocated to them, and that they fall within the customer and company’s budget and timelines.
• Ensure all invoice process documents (signed JCC, ATP, Office Track, AMF, SRN, confirmation email, Customer PO, JCC approval form) are received and submitted to ATC without delays.
• Follow-up with ATC for documentation approvals
• Update and maintain accurate project data in project software
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed
• Attend project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for Management

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Eng / HND or M.Eng qualification with 5 – 8 years of work experience.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Preparation of costings & quotations for all service revenue related functions.
• Preparation of costings & quotation for all Service Out of Warranty (SOW).
• Timely follow up on quotation submitted to receipt of Customer POs.
• Responsible for submission of new SLA quotations, proposals, and renewals.
• Follow up with customers for submitted SLA proposals.
• Liaise with Logistics department for delivery updates of Equipment & Parts.
• Liaise with main Sales department, as and when required, for non-standard service scope of work activities.
• Liaise with Finance for invoice updates & payment status.
• Monitor and follow-up on SLA/Service/SOW payment collections
• Preparing AR review reports on weekly basis
• Follow up with Senior Coordinator on Job Completion Certificates (JCCs) completed on jobs done on approved Quotations.
• Responsible for ensuring any related JCC received for a Service Sales Order booked, to ensure timely submission of invoice to customer.
• Liaise with Regional Coordinators for Quotation requests, site audit information and engineer evaluation reports.
• Liaise with SNR coordinator on delivery of Equipment & Parts as per Quotations and Approvals
• Responsible for accurate and timely response to Quotation requests (KPI is <24hrs for a Quotation to be submitted)
• Creation of Sales Orders (SO) in ERP
• Responsible for accurate and timely updates to Service Leaders on quotations status.
• Responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly Service revenue reports.
• Maintain and sustain sales related ERP data entry, report generation and dis-semination.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 5 – 10 years work experience.
