Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for both mobile and web platforms.
• The candidate must also demonstrate excellent knowledge of various design tools and front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
• Execute all visual design stages, from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
• Portfolio of work demonstrating UI/UX design for both mobile and web platforms
• Excellent knowledge of design tools including Sketch, Figma, InVision, HTML, Visio, iOS, Android, Adobe Creative Suite, and others
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as Vue, Angular, and React with 2-3 years of practical experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the visual identity for Rise Networks across all platforms.
• Design branding materials, including logos, brand guidelines, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand representation across all mediums.
• Create visually engaging designs for digital and print, including social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, and event branding.
• Stay updated on design trends and integrate them creatively to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality design output and timely delivery.
•  Work closely with the communications team to ensure the visual strategy aligns with the Company’s messaging and audience engagement goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Brand Identity/Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

• Certification Compliance: Monitor and ensure all employees maintain required certifications, coordinating renewals as needed.
• Performance Monitoring: Oversee employee performance, reporting any issues to management.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on employee records, certification status, and performance monitoring.
• Post Reporting: Prepare reports on employee records, certification status, and performance monitoring.
• Employee Support: Provide HR-related guidance to employees and enforce company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
