Description

  • The Collateral Manager will oversee the entire collateral management process for the bank’s SME and corporate lending portfolios.
  • This includes assessing, monitoring, and valuing collateral to ensure proper risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Collateral Assessment and Valuation:

  • Evaluate and value collateral.
  • Coordinate with third-party valuers.
  • Maintain accurate collateral records.

Collateral Monitoring and Management:

  • Implement collateral monitoring processes.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits.
  • Manage the collateral release process.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate collateral-related risks.
  • Develop strategies to minimize exposure.
  • Prepare reports on collateral performance.

Process Improvement:

  • Review and enhance collateral management processes.
  • Implement best practices and leverage technology.
  • Provide training to staff.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with credit, legal, and operations teams.
  • Serve as the primary contact for external valuers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Reporting and Analysis:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in collateral management or related areas.
  • Understanding of SME and corporate lending, and collateral valuation methods.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in collateral management systems and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join Renmoney’s. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting various teams such as Decision Science, Risk Management, Collection, Marketing, Sales, Savings by monitoring and tracking various parameters to ensure effective credit risk management.
    • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and programming to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Create BI-dashboards, data-marts, DWH-segments as valuable data-product for supported business units.
  • Improve BI-dashboards design, compactness, accuracy.
  • Maintain SLA on BI-reporting availability for supported business units.
  • Communicate with supported business units on user stories, task clarification, BI-reporting, ad-hoc data-exports. Negotiate new reports value and simplification.
  • Initiate and investigate data-inconsistency tickets, bug-tracking control.
  • Participate in ETL-processes and DWH logic-schema development, creating new DWH business-segments.
  • New data-sources and data-entities exploration.
  • Automate sophisticated reports and calculations.
  • Create data-quality checks and procedures.
  • Communicate with IT on data availability, data quality, data acquisition.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Data Analyst, preferably within the banking industry.
    • Advanced SQL, middle BI, proven experience in different dialects and BI environments (Power BI as advantage)
    • Good understanding on DWH principles, DB-architecture and ETL process
    • Experience in data-quality analysis

Description

  • The Data Engineer will have the capacity to truly move the needle of success, working closely with the Database Administrator on the IT Operations team, to implement company-wide change and innovation.
  • Our Data Engineer will be essential in driving the data engineering and transformation efforts for Renmoney.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain and extend data warehousing capabilities and improve functionality of existing machine learning infrastructure.
  • Build new ETLs and extend existing ones, data acquisition & develop data set processes which includes defining data label and create appropriate description and data types (general data profiling).
  • Own the architecture, delivery, and evolution of interrelated big data systems for the firm and building reliable data pipelines.
  • Work closely with product engineering to ship experiments related to deploying new models, customer on-boarding data and journey tracking.
  • Create data-quality checks and procedures, tools for tracking and control on data pipelines.
  • Communicate with IT on data availability, data quality, data acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field; Hands on experience with ETL and SQL (MySQL workbench), python or similar language, Unix/Linux systems.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience processing data with SQL, building ETLs and data pipelines, and deploying them into production.
  • Expertise in writing performant SQL queries (OLTP (Postgres/MySQL) and MPP OLAP)
  • Experience working with both (Redshift/Vertica/Snowflake) databases; Platform engineering/ architecture experience; AWS data engineering experience; Apache Spark experience.
  • Strong in logic, number and can inference from data rather than assumption based.
  • Good understanding of the Data Science process and how to create Model Ready Data.
  • Strong coding experience in Python, ETL and SQL (writing stored procedures and data query).
  • Enjoy working on improvement team’s data knowledge and sharing data management practices with colleagues.
  • Responsible self-controlling skills.
