We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager (Luxury & Fashion Brand)

Locations: Nigeria 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Business Manager, you get to act as one of our Retail Store Managers, you will be responsible for overseeing employees and finances, and also controlling the quality of products and services offered to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve the store’s monthly/annual sales target.
  • Achieve margin for high-grossing products.
  • Administration of Store, 3rd party businesses, etc.
  • Ensure the store’s ambiance is lively and conducive, has good music, is clean, engaging, orderly, etc.
  • Ensure zero stock out, right ordering, varieties, good inventory management-First In-First Out, etc.
  • Ensure customer complaints are reduced to the barest minimum.
  • Achieve the VD targets for brands and products.
  • Oversee the store’s operational cost such as Diesel, Power, Overheads, Production, etc.
  • Ensure preventable loss is minimal, and losses are accounted for accurately.
  • Ensure reports are timely & accurate.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance management, or a related field from a recognized University.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a store manager or any supervisory role.
  • Proven experience with preparing budgets, and financial and expense reports.
  • Knowledge of product and consumer trends, marketing strategies, and how to utilize them.
  • Strong supervisory, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality & and attendance, Demonstrate improvement efforts.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Must be analytical and comfortable reviewing data.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Must be motivated, organized, and determined.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Must be results-driven, commercially aware, and have problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be able to juggle multiple tasks, work with a plan, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Model / Content Creator

Location: Nigeria 
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality content that will convert into sales and increase social media engagement.
  • Write and review contents that align with the sales targets of the brand’s website and social media pages.
  • Create content that gives information about the brand’s order of operation such as FAQs, ordering and delivery process, etc.
  • Generate, edit, and publish engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, and videos).
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  • Suggest and implement new features, platforms and channels to develop brand awareness like promotions and competitions, and increase social media engagement.

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media/content creator.
  • Hands-on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.

Job Title: Senior Sales Associate / Sales Associate

Locations: Lagos (Lekki & Ikoyi), Warri & Asaba – Delta, and Port Harcourt – Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Team Lead Sales

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients in all areas of sales including but not limited to product information, information on special discounts, new products, company services etc.
  • Provide effective, efficient and prompt service delivery to customers
