Our Manufacturing plant is located in Ogun State and Rivers State with Corporate Offices in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Software Engineer

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Design, test and implement software which forms part of a properly engineered system.
  • Overcome development obstacles to deliver quality code on time.
  • Helped to specify user/system interfaces.
  • Produce detailed designs and documents using required standards, methods and tools.
  • Understand and translating business design into a logical design, for a simple software application.
  • Produce physical designs that describe the required structure and behavior of a simple software application characterized by low-risk non-functional requirements.
  • Carry out any other assignment delegated by the Manager.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a Minimum of B.Sc. in Computer Science with 5-7 years experience.
  • Passionate about Software Engineering and have a level of experience programming.
  • Aptitude in one or more of the following: Java – Java JEE, JSP, JSF, EJB, Spring, JDBC Microsoft – C#, C++, .NET, SharePoint, ODBC Web – HTML, XML, SOAP O/S – Linux, Windows Mobile – iOS, UNCLASSIFIED Android.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to move to the Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria.
  • Able to complete security and medical evaluations.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 / Month.

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The HR/Admin Manager ensures proactive management of human resources and administrative operations of the business unit. It functions as a link between the business unit and the Group Office on all matters that pertain to human resources and administration.
  • HR include planning, developing and implementing strategies for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, morale and motivation, performance appraisals).

Job Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with Team leaders and department Heads, analyze and identify skills gap and make recommendations as to whether these should be filled by development and training of existing staff or by strategic and targeted recruitment.
  • Organization and attendance at interviews, and assessment of candidates, particularly in relation to behavioral traits and cultural fit
  • Issuing of appropriate correspondence and Terms and Conditions of Employment and induction
  • Identify individual and organizational training needs and establish and coordinate a realistic training and development plan including training budget.
  • Develop and undertake such internal training course as may be required and supervise in house training
  • Oversee, develop, co-ordinate and implement the company’s Appraisal Process ensuring that appraisal forms are issued at the appropriate time, that interviews occur and that appraisal forms are returned according to established deadlines.
  • Responsible for all follow-up interviews from appraisal and offer the appropriate guidance, advice and training
  • Responsible for the administration and giving guidance to Line Managers in respect of company’s Counseling/Grievance and Disciplinary Procedures
  • Maintain and monitor the company’s Personnel database and keep proper records of staff, sickness holidays and absences.
  • Coordinate staff meeting and preparation/circulation of the minutes.
  • Provide efficient support to the entire organization; liaise with internal departments
  • Responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of termination/dismissal procedures, and taking of exit interviews
  • To carry out any other functions that may be assigned by the Group Head Human Resources,HOO/or theGMD
  • Information exchange, coordinating activities, and promptly resolving issues and concerns.

Qualification and Experience

  • First degree/HND in any Arts or Social sciences
  • Professional HR/Admin qualification CIPM, CIPD SHRM etc.
  • An MBA/Masters will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in human resources management/Admin

Technical:

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of strategic HR functions.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent hands-on experience in personnel administration and handling of grievances.
  • Good IT knowledge especially in the use of Microsoft Office suite and internet resources.

Salary Range
N300,000 – N350,000 / Month

Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Job Summary

  • The Quality Control Manager will supervise production staff in the automobile factory and oversee all processes in the manufacturing of all armoured vehicles and OEMs to ensure theymeet quality and efficiency standards.
  • He will also work with clients to ensure the final products meet their needs and requirements.
  • The Quality Control Manager willensure the auto manufacturing production lines run smoothly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • The Quality Control Manager understands the customer’s needs and requirements and coordinates employee efforts and communications between management and the production teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gaining an understanding of the client’s needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
  • Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality vehicles.
  • Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
  • Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
  • Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
  • Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
  • Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
  • Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
  • Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
  • Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
  • Any other function as may be assigned by the Head of Operationsand/or GMD

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Revelant Quality Control/Assurance Professional Certifications is an added advantage
  • A thorough understanding and experience in automobiles and production
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ cognate experience in Quality Assurance in an auto manufacturing organization.
  • In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
  • Proven ability to drive change and engage others.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Sound communication skill.
  • N.B: Applicants must have background in Auto Workshop Management, and must have a solid knowledge of the production processes of automobiles.

Educational Qualification

  • First Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting, Business Administration,Economics or any Social Sciences.
  • Possession of an MBA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant post-graduation experience.

Technical:

  • Proven experience as an Internal Auditor
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles

Job Description

  • We currently seek an experienced individual with a history of successful performance to function as Security Coordinator in the Security Department in our plant in Ogun State.

Key Responsibilities
It will include, but are not limited to the following:

Qualification / Experience

  • Minimum of HND / BSc from a reputable institution of learning.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in security related industry, military or para-military background.
  • Training & Certification in Industrial Security is added advantage.
  • High level of integrity & commitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Sound surveillance and detective skills.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
