Job Description
- We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about Graphic design, both 2D & 3D environments, love bringing bold ideas to life, then this is for you!
- As our Creative Designer, you are responsible for crafting eye-catching designs that captivate and engage our audience/clients across various creative platforms.
- You should be competent in communicating ideas through visual illustrations to design other materials like product labels, logos, pamphlets, posters and digital graphics.
Job Summary
- Create First hand ready to print Stunning Visuals: Design graphics, illustrations, and other visual content for our clients
- Create 3D visuals and mockups for presentation.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand identity and campaigns.
- Stay Trendy: Keep up with the latest design trends.
- Mentor: Guide and inspire junior designers, sharing your expertise and providing constructive feedback.
- Innovate: Experiment with new ideas and techniques to push the boundaries of our visual content.
- Generating original ideas for designs that meet clients’ or Agency’s needs
- Drafting illustration concepts digitally through the use of specialized design software
- Creating a prototype of illustration concepts for advertisements, marketing materials, websites, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in related field.
- Creative Guru: You have a portfolio that showcases your amazing design skills both 2D & 3D
- 3 – 4 years experience in an Experiential Marketing Agency
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CorelDraw, Cinema4D or any related packages.
- Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for detail and a knack for excellence
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Proactive: You’re a self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.
Salary and Bonuses
- N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.

Job Description
- We are looking to employ an experienced Project Coordinator in an Experiential Marketing Agency to handle specific projects thereby connecting the Agency and the Clients. Proficiency in analyzing data is a key requirement.
- He/she will attend to all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- The role entails collaborating with relevant departments to address Client needs in a timely manner, ideate and proffer prompt solutions to Clients’ complaints, and providing regular updates to Management.
- He/she will manage data set, generate reports accordingly. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases
- Coordinate team members to deliver on business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Cultivating solid relationships with Clients through the provision of excellent service.
- Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and maintaining accurate record of all projects.
- Ensuring that the correct data are entered into the client database to prevent wrong decision making from the use of wrong data.
- Process, compile, sort, and organize raw data into a database according to guidelines
- Review data collected to ascertain compliance with set KPIs
- Conversion of data into numbers for analysis.
- Generate reports in a clear and concise manner.
- Must also have eyes to spot discrepancies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or an industry-related field.
- Exceptional customer service skills & relationship management
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience working as a Project Coordinator in an experiential marketing field, and record of specific accomplishment such as target met and on-time project delivery.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Knowledge of advanced MS Excel and Google Form and other MS Office tools
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management
- Good leadership skills, teamwork & effective collaboration.
- Attention to details.
Salary and Bonuses
- 250,000 monthly net

- Lead the Client Service Representatives to provide outstanding customer service experience/ support to clients
- Respond to pitching briefs from Clients with big and disruptive ideas through ideation with team members
- Present proposals and suggest business ideas for brand expansion and penetration
- Lead the Client Service team to provide timely responses to client inquiries and proffer solutions to complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to execute and achieve project objectives.
- Monitor, track, and manage project supervisors, merchandisers, and promoters for efficient delivery of assigned projects/accounts.
- Conduct a market survey and generate a competitive analysis of current market trends of brands.
