Job Summary

  • As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement for our tech-driven services.
  • You will work closely with the product development team to understand customer needs and translate that into compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Your expertise in digital marketing, customer insights, and innovative communication strategies will be crucial in shaping the future of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, content, email, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer behavior, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and user experience for conversion and lead generation.
  • Oversee and execute social media strategies, including content creation, management, and community engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and industry partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, especially in the areas of gift cards, cryptocurrencies, and fintech.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of success in digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive content and engage audiences.
  • Proficient in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media management platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve and innovate marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with data analysis and using insights to drive decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proximity to the island (Lagos) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute tactics to promote our company and attract qualified traffic.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns, managing them from ideation to execution.
  • Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, curation, PPC, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation, copywriting, and performance analysis.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog to attract and convert our target audience.
  • Build relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget quarterly and annually, ensuring funds are allocated wisely.

  • Maintain professionalism with no more than one query or strike within the review period.
  • Ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met, with minimal delays.
