Job Description
Order Processing Coordinator:
- Manages the order processing system, including receiving and efficiently coordinating with the warehouse for timely fulfillment.
Logistics Coordinator:
- Coordinates transportation and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery, manage transportation costs, and maintain high service levels.
Coordinate Vehicle Fleet Operations:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s vehicle fleets, including scheduling. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of pharmaceutical products.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to maintain adequate stock levels.
Route Planning and Optimization:
- Develop efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumption.
- Utilize route optimization software and GPS tracking systems to monitor vehicle movements.
Supervise Warehouse Operation:
- Monitor warehouse activities to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of products.
- Implement best practices for inventory control and warehouse organization.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in the preparation of reports, invoices, and other documentation related to vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and driver logs.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Training and Development:
- Provide training to drivers and warehouse staff on safe handling practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development within the operation.
Cost Management:
- Monitor expenses related to vehicle operation, including fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency without compromising quality.

Responsibilities
- Managing the assigned products’ life cycle to ensure the agreed projected annual volumes are achieved.
- Identify potential strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for assigned products through periodic marketing SWOT assessment to ensure the set projections are continuously in focus.
- Undertake market survey and price investigation of the assigned company products in the existing and newly developing market to keep the company in the desired position of class of its business.
- Develop robust business marketing briefs for all assigned products to ensure desired profits are met throughout the brand active life.
- Continuously engage in product performance evaluation by consistently and periodically evaluating the assigned products in comparison with active competitors and making necessary recommendations to management.
- Consistently review products presentations (dosage, packaging, ecstatic, pack size and others attributes) to ensure the desired improvements are always implemented.
- Monitors the sales volume performance of assigned products against agreed target and informing relevant officers in the sales team on need to stay focus to agreed target.
- Develop the presentation slides, fliers, leave-behind, posters and other necessary promotional materials for assigned products to ensure the sales teams have adequately required materials to support the drive to achieved target.
- Provide necessary capacity development for the sales team on detailing and other skills required to ensure desired objectives are achieved.
- Partake in the objective settings and strategic planning of the company to ensure realistic targets are set for the assigned products using realistic data and existing historical performance.
- Develop concepts and visualizing outcomes through tactical activities for assigned portfolios to achieved the set operational expectations.
- Communicating marketing alerts and various strategies for assigned products to the field force to ensure all team members are carried along on developments and allotted responsibilities.
- Provide update on clinical information and other developments for the marketing and medicinal presentation of assigned products.
- Collection, evaluation and interpretation of internal and external marketing information/ data to assist the marketing department in appraising effectiveness of the marketing plan for the assigned company Products.
- Engage and maintain a database of key opinion leaders/customers for necessary corporate and sales promotional supports by cultivating their loyalty through relationship marketing and adequate reward programs.
- Boost assigned company’s brand visibility and equity through several strategically focused marketing activities to ensure brand shelf presence in all identified retail outlets.
- Engage the services of professional marketing agencies where necessary to achieve any tasks that may require such venture, like intelligence information gathering, accurate market surveys and researches.
- Develop project timeline for any planned new products launch and ensure relevant control point are adequately cater for while putting in place measures to mitigate setbacks and failures.
- Prepare periodic marketing report for assigned products detailing product performance, initiatives, planned demand generation activities and achievement level to ensure measurement of goals achievement.

- Qualifications: B.Sc Degree in Pharmacy or other Science related fields
- Minimum 5 – 7 years Marketing experience in Pharmaceutical Company.
