Seven-Up Bottling Company Limited is one of the largest manufacturing companies in Nigeria, producing and distributing some of the nation’s most- loved beverages in the country like; Pepsi, 7Up, Mirinda, Teem, Mountain Dew, H2oH!, Lipton Ice Tea and Aquafina premium drinking water. SBC has recently entered into Home & Personal Care category with the 2SURE brand and launched its first product, a Hand & Surface Sanitizer. Seven Up boasts of nine bottling plants with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities strategically located across various regions in the country.

Job Title: Digital Brand Manager

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

Craft and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall brand and business goals.
Identify key target audiences and tailor digital campaigns to meet their needs and behaviours.
Define KPIs and success metrics for digital initiatives.
Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
Oversee the creation and execution of A/B tests to refine campaign strategies and optimize performance.
Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI and meet marketing objectives.
Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
Manage content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and on-brand voice.
Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and foster positive interactions with consumers.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce high-quality, engaging content for digital channels.
Oversee the development of digital assets, including videos, graphics, blog posts, and email newsletters.
Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging, tone, and values.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion rates.
Conduct regular analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Present findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver measurable results.
Allocate resources efficiently across channels and campaigns to maximize impact.
Track expenditures and provide regular updates on budget status to leadership.

Requirements

A minimum of Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field
5 – 7 years of work experience, 2 of which should be a managerial role.
Excellent Communications Skill
Strong Interpersonal and People.

Job Title: General Manager (Sales)

Description

The General Manageris responsible for managing revenue and cost elements of the region i.e. Profit and Loss responsibility. GM oversees daily business activities and is responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision-making to attain desired business results.

Responsibilities

Creates and manages budget
Directs and coordinates departmental activities
Reviews financial statements, manufacturing, and sales reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and identify areas needing improvement
Researches, identifies, develops, and implements growth strategies
Enhance the organization’s image and build robust rapport with external stakeholders such as suppliers, regulatory bodies, distributors, etc.
Proactively monitor sales and distribution activities to ensure efficient and adequate supply of finished goods and optimum deployment of transportation to facilitate distribution to customers
Ensure optimum machine efficiency and production output
Ensure compliance with quality standards/specifications
Ensures effective cost control and accurate reporting
Ensures workforce optimization
Nurture a dynamic, engaged, and competent workforce through robust performance-driven culture, training, and mentoring
Provide strategic leadership and foster collaboration to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives across all reporting activities.
Prepares and presents accurate, insightful, and timely reports to Top Management

Requirements

A minimum of Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Business Administration or any other related field.
MSc / MBA is a MUST
Minimum of 9-12 years of work experience in FMCG or Manufacturing company is a MUST
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, analysis and reporting of financial data
Knowledge of the organization’s manufacturing processes, products, and machinery
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources
Good understanding of the company’s sales and distribution model as well as the practice in the industry
Use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions to problems.
Determining how funds will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures.
Ability to communicate effectively with superiors, peers, and subordinates clearly via e-mails, telephone, in-person, etc.

Assist in optimizing the spends for marketing activations, ensuring cost efficiency while maximizing impact.
Track and report on budget spend, providing regular updates to the Senior Brand Manager.
Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform activation strategies.
Conduct post-activation evaluations to measure effectiveness and gather insights for future campaigns.

Requirements

A Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience.
Excellent Communications Skill
Strong Interpersonal and People Management Skill.

Job Title: Manufacturing Capability Manager

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of capability development strategy across all plants for manufacturing staff
Support plant leadership team by acting as coach, mentor and trainer for the manufacturing team to embed sustainable and profitable learning culture.
Be seen as subject matter expert in all aspects of manufacturing capability development and be able to provide such technical support as required from time to time.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement on capability development.
Improve capability of operators, technicians, team leaders, and other plant manufacturing team managers by defining relevant up skilling and development programs for each staff category (ODP, STLDP, FMDP, LMDP etc)
Interface with plant and P&C management to develop and execute capability improvements and deploy best practices and standards.
Act as the driving force behind strategic, operational and organizational initiatives, in the plant, that relate to manufacturing capability development.
Ensures integrity and sustainability of development plans and processes through conducting audits and process checks and initiating corrective actions where required.
Provide insight into manufacturing capability development progress especially of ODP and ESUT, through analytics and drive performance gap closures as metrics may show.
In collaboration with other HQ Manufacturing staff, deliver training focusing on other lean manufacturing pillars (PM, Kaizen, SMED, RCPS, 5S etc.)
Be able to and conduct periodic skills assessment of any set of manufacturing staff.
Participate in all plant risk and RCA analysis for the purpose of identifying areas needing capability enhancement.

Requirements

Relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent certificate (HND).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing technical position most of which should be a managerial role combined appropriately with a shop floor oversight role.
Proficiency in presentation and training skills
Excellent organization skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritizing and managing time effectively.
Proven leadership skills particularly in creating possibilities & change management and managing people for success.
Remain abreast with industry changes, new technology, systems and procedures as they relate to capability improvements.
Experience in plant manufacturing operations, project planning & implementation.
Previous new equipment or line installation or extension could be an advantage.
Understanding of business case/cost benefits analysis preparation and basic financial analysis tools.
