Job Title: Field Force Effectiveness Manager
Location: Nigeria

Job Details
- Collecting and analysing customer data to guide business decisions.
- Oversee all aspects of a company’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to enhance the overall customer experience and to ensure the system works seamlessly for all aspects of the company.
- Acting as a liaison between the IT and the field team to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns.
- Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy.
- Train and guide BDEs, KAMs, TCMs, and RMs to use the m-sales and web-sales systems effectively.
- Provide detailed regular reports to the sales and marketing teams, using the m-sales data.
- Assess the data quality within the m-sales system and work on data cleansing when required.
- Monitor the effectiveness of m-sales strategies and implement necessary changes.
- Serve as the first point of call for any m-sales-related challenges for the field staff.
- Analyse the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and report on KPIs.
A Few Success Indicators:
- Customers’ Data Management.
- Field Force Operational Efficiency.
- M-sales optimization.
- Strong Communication skills, and Sales Performance Tracking.
- Team training and support on m-sales.
- Monitoring of m-sales performance.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s Degree: A Degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A Master’s Degree is an advantage.
- 5-7 Years of Relevant Experience implementing and managing CRM systems, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Pharmaceutical Industry Experience is Highly Valued: Several years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry—knowledge of relevant healthcare professionals (HCPs), and their channels.
Skills:
- CRM Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRM software and systems, such as Salesforce, Oracle, or SAP.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong analytical and data visualization skills using tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. Able to analyze data and generate insights to improve customer relationships and business strategies.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Customer-focused: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Leadership & Management: Ability to lead and mentor team members, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate others.

Job Title: Microbiologist
Location: Nigeria

Summary of Responsibilities
- Aseptic sampling of water, materials, intermediates, finished products, cleaning-in-place machine samples for microbial analysis.
- Microbial analysis of water, materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Inspection of cleaned production equipment and environment during product change-over, sampling, and analysis of product surface contacts of the equipment.
- Calibration of measuring equipment/ devices.
- Validation of critical microbiology equipment and culture media.
- Microbial assay (potency) of beta-lactam actives (raw materials) and products.
- Preparation and sterilization of culture media, glass wares, and reagents for microbial analysis.
- Inventory records of the culture media and other microbiology items in the laboratory.
- Microbiological monitoring of bore-hole water, pre-treatment (potable water), and treated / purified water for pharmaceutical use.
- Microbiological monitoring of critical manufacturing environment, reporting of Pre- and Post-fumigation exercise, and proffering CAPA in case of OOS.
Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc. in Microbiology.
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience as a microbiologist

Job Title: HVAC Engineer
Location: Nigeria

Summary of Responsibilites
- To ensure efficient maintenance of AHU’s plant and Equipment to achieve the desired temperature and RH% in the factory.
- Operate chillers, Air handling units, chilled water pumps, Split A/C, and package units for effective cooling in the factory and take the proper record of the operation as per the SOP.
- To ensure proper repairs of R& A/C plants and maintenance according to schedule.
- To ensure that repair work is being carried out on R & A/C plants as requested through the works order in factory offices, and Guest houses.
- To achieve not less than 30% unattended work order.
Qualifications
- Minimum of city and guide in A/C & HVAC maintenance with 3 – 5 years’ experience
- OND Certificate with relevant experience and 6 years of relevant Engineering experience.

- Strong knowledge of energy-efficient HVAC systems and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
