Role Overview

  • The QA Engineer ensures that both backend and frontend components meet high-quality standards by developing and executing comprehensive test strategies.
  • This role works collaboratively with developers and product teams to identify, document, and resolve defects, maintaining a robust regression test suite and automated testing framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Strategy & Design: Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites for new and existing functionalities.
  • Manual & Automated Testing: Execute manual test scenarios and automate repetitive tasks using tools like Selenium or Jest.
  • Bug Identification & Tracking: Collaborate with developers to identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
  • Release Management: Ensure timely, high-quality releases by integrating testing activities into CI/CD pipelines and Agile workflows.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and report on testing progress; refine test processes and automation strategies for improved coverage and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a solid background in both manual and automated testing.
  • Strong experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Jest, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
  • Proficient in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in Agile/Scrum processes and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling office correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems (Salesforce platform), ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Support sales, customer service, and other departments by generating reports and managing client interactions within the Salesforce system.
  • Ensure data integrity, identify Salesforce issues, and provide training on Salesforce usage as needed. Communication & Coordination
