Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Idi-Iroko, Ogun
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee the development and execution of our projects.
- The ideal candidate must be a goal-getter, relentless in meeting deadlines, and capable of ensuring that all contractors and suppliers deliver on time.
About the Role
The candidate will be responsible for;
- Overseeing all aspects of the farm project from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Developing and implementing project timelines, schedules, and milestones, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinating and managing contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring they meet their commitments.
- Identifying and addressing bottlenecks or delays immediately, using effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, environmental, and operational standards throughout the project.
- Monitoring and controlling project costs, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
- Providing regular progress updates to management, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Maintaining high-quality standards in all construction, procurement, and operational phases of the farm project.
- Enforcing accountability among stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
Requirements
Candidate must:
- Possess a minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the agricultural or poultry industry.
- Have proven track record of successfully managing farm construction, operations setup, or similar projects.
- Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to push contractors and suppliers to meet deadlines.
- Have excellent problem-solving abilities and a high level of resilience in overcoming project challenges.
- Have strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to ensure smooth project execution.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.
- Having knowledge of import, export and clearing is an added advantage
- Have knowledge of regulatory and operational standards in poultry farming is an added advantage.
- Be able to carry out any other responsibilities or assignments given by the management.

About the Role
- Responsible for reviewing and analysing accounting documents and annual reports
- Responsible for preparing analysis of financial and non-financial data as well as audit documents
- Responsible for reviewing and evaluating organization’s operations; assessing the effectiveness and adequacy of all internal controls of management
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Candidate must possess minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or another similar field
- Candidate must be well-organized and able to pay attention to detail
- Candidate must have excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Candidate must be able to examine and evaluate the company’s financial statements
- Candidate must have indepth Manual Audit experienceCandidate must have 3 years and above experience in a large sized audit firm. Poultry knowledge is also an added advantage
- Proficiency with a computer knowledge generally
- Candidate must have a basic knowledge of accounting
- Candidate must be able to discuss and analyze regularly with your team all issues that arise during the work process
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and various accounting software programs
- Candidate must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to carry out any other responsibilities or assignments given by the Management.

The Goal of the Role
- To keep track of information in order to keep supply chains on schedule and ensuring proper scheduling, record keeping and inventory control.
About the Role
- Responsible for daily computation of reports
- Responsible for checking inventory records for accuracy
- Responsible for inspection of items and products for damages or breakage
What we are looking for
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Solid knowledge and understanding of inventory management
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Stores Manager or related position.
- Poultry knowledge is also an added advantage
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Knowledge of ERP is an added advantage.
- Possesses integrity and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to detailAbility to work well with management and staff at all levels
- Goal-oriented, organized team player.
