PoiseConnect Limited is upstart and growing that provide International Travels, Logistics Delivery And Real Estate services dedicated to providing efficient and reliable solutions across Lagos and beyond. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Area Field Operations Representatives in key areas of Lagos and beyond. We are providing you the clients from our database of customers and so you dont need to meet any target or look for customers.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Area Field Operations Representative (Fully Remote)
Locations Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Oyo
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure documents of clients are rightly collected, collated and submit to appropriate agency offices near you
- Call potential customers through daily assigned leads and secure appointments for the week.
- Coordinate dispatch drivers arrivals and commuting to clients addresses for our home and office logistics moving services
- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers pf dispatch logistics and customers you are assigned in your area.
- Monitor and report on local logistics operations to the central office.
- Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or customer complaints.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods within your assigned region.
- Conduct regular field visits to partner offices/apartments, parks, and customer locations.
- Maintain accurate records of operations and provide daily and weekly reports.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of your local area/region.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel within your assigned area and work in the field (work from home strictly.

Remuneration
- Salary: N50,000 / Month.
- N15,000 Monthly transportation / logistics cost plus quarterly bonus points aggregated every periodic quarter of 4 months (3 times yearly).
