Job Title: Telemarketer (Remote)

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • Nexcore Advisory, a leading immigration consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Telemarketer to handle cold calls and email outreach to potential clients.
  • This is a fully remote role for a sales-driven professional with prior experience in an immigration firm or a travel and tours agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Conduct targeted email outreach to generate leads.
  • Explain Nexcore Advisory’s immigration services and create interest.
  • Set appointments for consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed lead generation and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Service or Telemarketing.
  • At least an HND or a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Previous experience in an immigration consulting firm or travel and tours agency.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and writing skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and build client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity are a plus.
