Job Title: Accountant III
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract
Job Summary
- This position might be described as Accounting Professional or Accountant Expert who, on top of level 1 and 2, can potentially supervise others, is expert in the field and have extensive experience in this area of work.
Main Functions
- Provides key business information and analysis to business to enable expense, headcount and volumetric targets to be achieved and maintained.
- Monitors general ledger entries and processing streams to ensure the reliability of general ledger information Prepares and analyzes financial performance reports.
- Collaborates with department leaders in the development of capital, expense and personnel plans for forecasting and budgeting.
- Provides expertise on how to use financial data, the application of accounting guidelines, standards, procedures and policies.
- Ensures accounting practices are applied to analysis in an ethical and effective manner.
- Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
Skills and Qualifications
- GAAP, analytical skills
- Accounting experience
- MS Excel, financial systems.

Job Title: Project Engineer II
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract
Main Functions
- Performs engineering design evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.
- Reviews industry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Reviews reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address problems.
- Provides technical support for the engineering process. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
- Back up responsibilities for the Project Manager as required
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Participates in Invitation to Tender (ITT) development, bid evaluation and contractor selection
- Participates in identification & sourcing long lead equipment, assuring Front End Engineering Design (FEED) contractor support until equipment is assigned to the contractor
- Coordinates development of CCAP (Company Capital Project Management) Gate 3 deliverables
- Coordinates development of Functional Interaction Plan
- Coordinates project issues resolution process
- Coordinates change requests & endorses change authorization
- Responsible for the completion of the assigned work scope consistent with the Project Objectives
- Engages Project Team and functional resources to verify that the design & construction is consistent with project specifications & standards
- Serves as interface between Project Team & Contractor
- Ensures smooth transitions between project stages
- Leads Project Management Team (PMT) in applying Project Management Systems
Skills and Qualifications
- BSc degree in an Engineering field
- Experience in multiple assignments in engineering, construction, and project management and controls activities
- A broad range of experience and skills through multiple function & project assignments (Multi-discipline skill set)
- Broad knowledge of design standards, specifications & work processes
- Strong leadership, influencing & interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, coordination, planning & interface skills
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads & frequent changes in priorities
- Excellent communication skills & ability to read, write & speak fluent English
- Proficient in MS Office suite of software programs.

Job Title: Tenant Services Coordinator I
Location: QIT, Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Contract
Main Functions
- Manages tenant services and executes day to day operations ensuring that services are in compliance with company corporate expectations, loss prevention system, and applicable laws/regulations.
- Scope of tenant services may include mail/courier services, janitorial services, client work ticket management, office equipment services, reprographics, catering, vending, kitchen equipment services, conference/training rooms, recycling/sustainability programs.
- Daily interface/communication with all levels of business unit personnel to ensure service satisfaction, determine requirements and mobilize internal/external resources accordingly.
- Implement continuous improvement ideas to enhance service offering and cost effectiveness.
- May manage operations staff which could include: janitors, cafeteria workers etc.
- Position will receive support and direction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 12 years work experience.
- Effective interpersonal skills and customer service.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Developed knowledge of real estate and or facility management disciplines.

Job Title: Plant / Process Operator III – Operations (Gen)
Location: Akwa Ibom (Offshore)
Employment Type: Contract
Work Schedule: 3wk on / 3wk off – 21 days on / 21 days off
Job Details
- Safely operate assigned process systems, units and equipment within established parameters and operating targets under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor.
- Follow approved procedures in the operation, start-up, and surveillance of process equipment in line with CAS.
- Detect, identify, and react to operational issues; implement appropriate process controls. Escalate to the supervisor as necessary.
- Identify opportunities to optimize process/equipment performance.
- Utilize the Work Management System and other approved procedures, processes / tools to ensure an accident free workplace (JSA, Procedures and Processes).
- As Area Operator, establish and maintain a safe work environment for all activities within assigned unit
- Responsible for care, custody and control of plant and equipment
- Carry out any other tasks as identified by the Production Supervisor and within their level of knowledge and competency.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 12 years experience.
