Job Title: Head, Aviation Business

Responsibilities
- Managing the overall performance of the Aviation Department towards the attainment of business objectives
- Providing effective leadership to the Aviation Department & implementing team operating principles/procedures
- Develop and implement an Annual Sales and Operations plan towards ensuring profitable returns on the business through various strategic business initiatives
- Constantly communicating with Management/location in-charges of business opportunities, concerns, Petroleum Sector developments and recommending solutions
- Identify and evaluate new business and Depot location development opportunities
- Appraising the performance of the location in-charges for their stock-loss and give feedback for improving individual performance.
- Manage Government regulatory affairs by ensuring sustainable cordial relationships with relevant regulatory authorities like FAAN, NMDPRA, etc.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates should possess a good University Degree in any related discipline
- An MBA or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage
- Must have 5-10 years in the aviation industry
Competencies & Attributes:
- Strong understanding of Aviation business dynamics
- Proven track record in leading sales/operations team(s)
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development / management of a maintenance schedule (routine & quality tests) for both mobile and fixed facilities (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) for all locations
- Responsible for analyzing and management of equipment downtime with the view to reducing it to minimum in all Aviation Locations
- Coordination of metering and facility calibration plan to ensure loss control system integrity
- Custodian of Conoil Aviation Risk Management Plan, Emergency
- Response Plan, HSE System and Quality Management System for ISO Generate maintenance database of equipment based on accumulated historical maintenance data to support maintenance and spares projection plan and thereafter establish / manage a nationwide maintenance service contract for all mobile equipment (Pan Nigeria).
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a good University Degree preferably in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic / Civil or Mechanical).
- An MBA / MSC or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Must have 5-10 years in aviation industry.

Job Title: Quality Control Executive

Responsibilities
- Responsible for carrying out and keeping records of all product quality checks on all fixed and mobile facilities
- Ensures that the fixed facilities are cleaned when due and prepares the tank cleaning certificates
- Ensures the carrying out of daily filter element drains in all mobile (bowsers) and fixed equipment to keep them water and dirt free while also ensuring that all the bowsers are equipped with all required QC items for necessary analysis at the tarmac
- Ensures that product quality and all quality equipment are available and meets internationally accepted standards at all times
- Attends to all quality issues that may arise from any suspected off specification BRV in the location and take the sample to the laboratory then coordinate its recertification.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates should possess a good University Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry / Biochemistry.
- Must have 5-10 years in aviation industry.

- Maintaining all Engineering and Quality test records for both fixed and mobile facility in-line with international Industry and Regulatory Organisations’ standards. This is applicable to organisations like ISO, IATA and Joint Inspection Group (JIG).
- Responsible for fixed and mobile facilities integrity management in terms of metering unit, leak detection systems and product quality systems
- Responsible for identifying all corrective maintenances and operational requirements for smooth running of the Depot and generate adequate justification approval document.
- Ensure strict adherence to Conoil Plc and Aviation specific HSSE (Health, safety security and environment) management system.
- Responsible for filtration system management which entails change of filter elements, troubleshoot on unexpected filter failure, routine quality exercise on all facilities and generation of filtration data.

- Must have 5-10 years in aviation industry.
