Job Title: HR Officer

Job Summary
- The HR Officer will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, select, and onboard top talent.
- The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in recruitment and HR practices within the automobile sector, contributing to our mission of building a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and role requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (e.g., attendance, leave records, etc.).
- Lead onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
- Provide guidance on employment laws and company policies.
- Support other HR functions as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the automobile industry
- Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HR software and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities
- Create new and unique design (interior, exterior, color and trim and product) and component ideas and concepts under general supervision for 2W/3W and other mobility products through traditional sketches as well as digitally through the use of 2D and 3D technology.
- Design creative materials for digital marketing (social media graphics, online ads, email banners, etc.)
- Develop engaging print materials (flyers, brochures, banners, POS materials, etc.) for promotions, activations, and in-store displays.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute brand campaigns
- Translate campaign ideas and concepts into visual formats that resonate with our target audience
- Ensure visual consistency across all channels, following the brand guidelines
- Create, Edit, retouch, and optimize photos for use in designs and promotions
- Support with basic motion graphics or video overlays as needed (optional)
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and competitor visuals to maintain a modern and relevant brand outlook.

Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Channel Development Officer to join our team in the fast-paced automobile industry.
- This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and execution skills, who can manage channel expansion projects, dealer onboarding, and territory development initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing channel development strategies that enhance market reach, improve dealer performance, and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage engineering projects involving site layout, expansions, renovations, and process improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies for expanding distribution channels and increasing market penetration.
- Develop and review factory layouts, production flows, and architectural plans
- Ensure projects meet technical specifications, regulatory compliance, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality to align projects with business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field
- 3 – 6 years of experience in project execution within the FMCG, automobile or manufacturing sector.
- Experience managing infrastructure or expansion projects (e.g. setting up distribution centres, retail outlets, etc.)
- Familiar with design tools (e.g. AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp e.t.c)
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Understanding of architectural workflows, project lifecycles, or construction industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to connect with both creative and technical professionals.
