Job Title: IT Support Analyst

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on keeping systems running smoothly? We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering top-notch technical support to our staff and systems.

About the Role

  • As our IT Support Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring our IT infrastructure is reliable, secure, and efficient.
  • You’ll work closely with all departments to provide excellent support, maintain documentation, and contribute to ongoing IT improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-line support for all IT-related issues (hardware, software, network, printers, etc.)
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
  • Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance and upgrades
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
  • Maintain IT documentation and asset records
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes for staff from a tech perspective
  • Collaborate with external vendors when necessary

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, and basic networking
  • Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus.

N100,000 – N180,000 / month.

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Hospitality / Bar / Lounge Sector)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth for our hospitality outlets (bars, lounges, restaurants)
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain guests
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate organizations, and event planners
  • Manage promotional campaigns, social media presence, and brand visibility
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 1-4 years experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry (bar/lounge experience is an advantage)
  • Strong network and understanding of the nightlife and hospitality market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media is a plus.

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of outlets and departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Review financial records, inventory, and operational processes to detect discrepancies or irregularities
  • Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Collaborate with department heads to address audit issues and monitor corrective actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience as an Internal Auditor (hospitality industry experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and integrity
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with audit or ERP software is a plus.
