Must be a foreign national from any country outside Colombia
Colombian citizens and dual nationals are not eligible
Must not be married to or in a domestic partnership with a Colombian national
Applicants must be under 50 years old
Hold a professional, undergraduate, or postgraduate degree in any academic field
May apply for up to three master’s programs
IELTS is not required
