Job Title: Executive Assistant to the GMD
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Group Managing Director by managing the office, conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
- The role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Essential Job Functions
- Act as the point of contact between the GMD and internal/external clients
- Provide high-level calendar management for the GMD, prioritize inquiries and requests; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Arrange and handle all logistics for GMD’s meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; record and circulate meeting minutes among attendees.
- Undertake a broad variety of administrative tasks and assisting with special projects.
- Work closely with the GMD to keep him well informed of upcoming appointments, commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Coordinate GMDs communications and undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, responding to emails, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, researching and routing correspondence.
- Exercise high level of proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Arrange corporate events to take place outside of work place.
- Make GMDs travel arrangements and manage itineraries.
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Develop and maintain an organized and efficient documentation and filing system.
- Undertake other tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration or any related field.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must.
- Minimum of 10 years work experience as an Executive Assistant reporting to directly to Senior Management.
- Basic ICT skills – (able to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and decision-making skills
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills

The Opportunity
- We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Eunisell Limited requires a Chief Operating Officer to oversees the company’s daily business operations and administration, including but not limited to compiling the company financial reports, implementing business strategies and optimising the organisation’s operational capabilities.
- The post holder will provide management, leadership and vision to ensure the organisation meets its short-term and long-term objectives. He will help to create enduring policies and a company culture that strengthens operational efficiency and generates revenue.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency
- Responsible for ensuring increased revenue drive by strategic search for new opportunities. In addition, establishes and fosters strong relationships with key stakeholders across the entire value chain of the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.
- Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes
- Leading and motivating staff to achieve sales and organisational objectives
- Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management
- Establishing policies that improve and promote company vision and culture
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
- Ensure that expenditures of the Company are within the authorized annual budget of the Company.
- Manage revenue, expenses and external financing to maintain the consistent growth of the business. Ensure consistent liquidity of the Company as a going concern.
- Align company’s process and operational models to contract agreement, whilst ensuring consistent and quality delivery on client expectations.
- Evaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve results
- Collaborating with management and other colleagues to raise capital and carry out other business-expansion strategies
- Controlling various business operations and implement the company’s strategic initiatives
- Submission of management reports to inform the management of the company’s performance
Job Requirements, Skills & Qualifications
- B.Sc. / HND in Engineering.
- Membership of a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
- MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field is desirable
- Minimum of 15 years of broad experience in the oil & gas industry
- Proven experience as COO or other senior managerial position
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
- Knowledge of business development, operations, supply chain and contract management.
- Exposure to multi-million Commercial deal-making in the E&P industry across several businesses
- Commercially astute and with proven P&L responsibility and track record of growing revenue, cost management, and delivery against KPIs.
- Visible leadership skills within challenging performance environments
- Good coordinating and delegation ability.
- Excellent skills in MS office and other relevant applications.

Job Description
- To deepen our operation in the oil and gas production and engineering services and acquire future businesses, we are seeking experienced Sales Officers to join our team in Lagos and Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
- A Sales Manager will create and manage long-term, trusting relationships with clients in the additives, oilfield and industrial chemicals business. The candidate will be responsible for selling Eunisell products and services to potential customers in the oil and gas sector and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on their operational needs and challenges.
- Identify new business opportunities for various company products and services to achieve sales target
- Identify opportunities to grow new businesses with existing clients.
- Attend trade shows and other industry-related events for business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
- Create business leads and set up appointments to present company products.
- Manage multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines and fulfilling service promise.

- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.

Requirements
