Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Professional certification (ACCA, ICAN, CPA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

- As a Company Lawyer at La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort, you’ll serve as an in-house counsel and handle all legal matters and projects.
- You will provide legal support and advice to our organization on a wide range of legal issues, including contract negotiations, corporate governance, intellectual property (trademark), and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters affecting the resort’s operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including vendor, employment, partnership, and real estate documents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including hospitality, labor, environmental, and tax laws.
