Job Description

  • We are a reputable school committed to excellence in education, located in the serene environment of Enugu GRA, Enugu State.
  • We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Administration (Admin Head).

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the school
  • Manage school resources and coordinate between departments for smooth functioning
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and systems
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure compliance with school policies and regulations
  • Handle communication and liaison between parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure the maintenance and security of school facilities
  • Coordinate the academic calendar and events management
  • Provide administrative support to the school’s senior leadership team
  • Manage budget, financial records, and administrative reports

Requirements
