Job Title: Recruitment Manager (Female preferred)
Location: Abraham Adesanya, Lekki, Lagos State
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month (based on experience)
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Job Overview
We are hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead our team in Abraham Adesanya, Lekki. The Recruitment Manager will report to the CEO. The right person should live in the Ajah-Lekki area of Lagos State. The Recruitment Manager must have 3–5 years of experience working in oil and gas recruitment. You must know how to do outsourcing, labor supply, and both contract and permanent recruitment.
The Recruitment Manager will also work with clients, manage staff, and ensure everyone follows the law.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead and manage the recruitment staff.
Help the team perform well and grow.
Report recruitment updates to the CEO.
Client Engagement & Hiring
Write job descriptions and post them online.
Pick the right people, set up interviews, and help new workers join.
Talk to new and old clients and bring in new jobs.
Answer tenders like ITTs, RFQs, and EOIs for training and jobs.
Training and Licensing
Supervise training and tests for drivers, technicians, and skilled workers.
Watch over the training center in Ibeju-Lekki.
Make sure workers get important certificates like NEBOSH, IOSH, and City & Guilds.
Legal Compliance
Follow all Nigerian labor laws.
Understand rules about pension, ITF, NSITF, and NUPRC/DPR permits.
Make sure to meet NCDMB local content rules.
Keep a valid recruiter’s permit from the Ministry of Labor.
Work Quality
Help clients find the right workers.
Make sure workers follow health and safety rules.
Oversee medical checks and skill tests.
Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years as a recruitment consultant in oil and gas.
Recruitment Manager must understand outsourcing and labor supply.
Recruitment Manager must follow Nigerian laws and permit rules.
