Job Overview

Hotel Capitol is looking for a smart and eager Graduate Trainee to join our hospitality team. As a Graduate Trainee, you will help managers, supervisors, and team members to run the hotel smoothly. You will also help in supervising daily hotel operations.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Trainee at Hotel Capitol, you will:

  • Help watch and guide hotel staff.

  • Support managers with daily hotel activities.

  • Write and check daily reports.

  • Learn and follow the hotel’s rules and policies.

  • Join trainings, workshops, and staff meetings.

  • Do admin work when needed.

  • Help plan daily work with the manager.

  • Assist in adding new hotel rules and systems.

  • Write formal training documents when asked.

  • Work with different departments across the hotel.

  • Help make the workplace happy and safe for everyone.

  • Always follow the hotel’s code of conduct.

Requirements

To apply as a Graduate Trainee at Hotel Capitol, you must:

  • Have a First Degree (BSc, BEd, HND) in any field.

  • Have finished your NYSC.
