Job Title: People Operations Lead

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities
Core HR Operations:

  • Manage day-to-day HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and employee data management on HRIS.
  • Collaborate with Middle Managers (who manage Entry-level and Junior Professionals) to deliver interventions to Entry-level and Junior Professionals.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee records in compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
