Job Summary

  • The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies that will attract and retain retail and corporate forex clients, increase transaction volumes, and grow brand visibility in line with regulatory restrictions.
  • The Marketing Manager must balance creative market growth initiatives with compliance with CBN’s marketing and communication guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans targeting high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, corporate clients, and travelers.
  • Define and maintain the brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Position the BDC as a reliable, secure, and fast forex partner.
  • Identify and target potential forex buyers (travelers, importers, students, corporates).
  • Develop customer segmentation and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships to promote loyalty and referrals.
  • Supervise digital platforms including the company website, WhatsApp Business, Google My Business, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of a BSc. Or an HND degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing, brand management, or CRM (e.g. CIM, HubSpot, Google Ads) are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing or sales, preferably in financial services, fintech, or BDC.
  • Knowledge of Crypto, USDT, is an added advantage.
  • Experience in marketing regulated financial products is a strong asset.
